The only data which we collect via our website www.carrementbon.be are associated with our various contact forms.
a) Contact form under the tab “Contact”
We collect the following information via this form: your last name, your first name, your telephone number and your email address.
The last names, first names, and telephone numbers are collected solely in order to respond to your various requests; we do not store these data in personal databases. The data are used solely in the context of business exchanges.
The email addresses communicated via this form are also used to contact you in order to respond to your various requests. They are then processed as follows: initially they are collected on a temporary basis. Then a single, unique email is sent to these various addresses asking if their owner wishes to subscribe to our newsletter. If the answer is yes, the email address is transferred to our database. If the answer is no, or no answer is received, the email address is erased definitively from our files. b) Contact form under the tab “Careers – apply to us”
We collect the following information via this form: your last name, your first name, your telephone number, your email address, the type of job in which you are interested, your Curriculum Vitae and covering letter.
This information is stored so that you can be contacted if one of the jobs in which you are interested becomes available. Of course you have the right to have your data amended or erased at any time; send us your request by email to info@carrementbon.be
c) Contact form under the tab “Horeca distribution”
We collect the following information via this form: your last name, your first name, the name of your company, your telephone number and your email address
This information is stored so that you can be contacted with regard to the subject about which you wished to leave us a message via this form. If, once contact has been made, we envisage working with you, we will store your data in a customer file. If we decide not to work together, we will erase all your data.

Cookies
The cookies created when you visit our website do not contain any information enabling us to identify the person visiting the website (we do not store the IP address of our visitors). They simply enable us to analyse statistically the peak times of use of our website.

All data stored are secured on the one hand by the SSL certificate which encrypts all data exchanged on the website and one the other hand by maintenance of our OVH server.
Security updates are installed every month, enabling us to store your data in complete security.
